WP Slowing Down + Error

I have been chasing the fact my admin side (on one site only) is slowing down. I just found this error (which may or may not be related, but I am not sure where to start).

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 19417 bytes) in /home3/theslowb/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 965
