More Sections and Gif on Post..?

Hi,

Can you please let me know how when I create a post that a) the graphic in the post will show up in the inital load and also b) there will be more text that ~ 300 that is showing now. I want the option of diaplaying all the text on the post or need the ability to set how much text should be loaded...
