Gravatars?

Hi,

I did a search here on gravatars, but I cannot find an answer to my question.

Using news_10 theme (AverageJoesOpinion(DOT)com, but this would go with any studio theme.

Question-1: Do I need to add a plugin?

I was looking into adding the custom gravatar, but I cannot find any gravatar images
within the image folder. When I right click on the mysteryman in one of my default
comments, its path is straight from gravatar.com.

Question-2: Does my admin email have to be added in my gravatar.com account
for it to work for admin?
