Banner ad covers drop down menu

Hi

I have a problem with a drop down menu on the Classic News theme.

If you go to my site www.internetmarketingradar.com hover your mouse over the "Products" Tab, in Explorer and Chrome, the ipad banner ad covers the drop down menu. In Firefox this does not happen - can someone help me understand how this can be sorted out.
