Default Yet another timthumb problem...

Hello everyone.

I have a website, www.hayaliicraat.com and I've been using your beautiful Church theme. Recently however (last 2 or 3 days), thumbnails on Homepage stopped working. Before I've posted here, I've done research. It's mostly suggested this could be a permission issue. Checked it and they were right. Still, I tried the other combination (the one with 777) nothing seemed to work. I even tried some code tweaking suggested here. Didn't work either.

When I right click and choose "view image" for the undisplayed thumbnail, I get "406: Not Acceptable" error. This lead me to think the script was blocked, again did some research and found out that php safe mod would do this, and it's on. I don't know why my hosting company turned it on just recently, I've e-mailed them but there's no answer yet and I'm tired of waiting. Also, they may refuse to disable the safe mod (if they answer).

Is there a way to disable timthumb script? I upload the thumbnails at the required resolution, so there's no need to resize.

Thanks for your help.
