Facebook and Twitter Sharing

I have developed http://pakistan.childrightsdesk.com. I have been trying to insert Facebook and Twitter sharing through different plugins but none of them worked except one which placed a toolbar which did not look pretty (gigya). Can you tell me any good tutorial or any good plugin which will work on this website with no problem.

Technically speaking, please guide if I have not deleted something on the website which is important to be present on pages to show networking. I had deleted some location, metas, etc.

Can you please guide,
