Default Plugin shortcode and alignment

Could anyone help me with a quick question about alignment when adding plugin shortcodes to a page?

If I write content in a page and then add a plugin shortcode after the wording, the default seems to be that the page renders with the plugin shown first and the wording appears below it.

Is there a simple inline method to force the plugin to appear below the wording?

Many thanks for any help

Suey
