How to choose All Categories in Streamline

Hi -- I have a streamline site designed by John Flynn of Kickstart. I believe I have paid all appropriate licensing fees through him. I am trying to make a change on the theme so that the blog page and the home page sidebar show "all categories" of posts, but that doesn't seem to be an option on the streamline theme options page. Can you direct me to how and if this can be changed. Thanks.
