Question nofollow links on the navbar

How can I make the links on the navbar 'nofollow' links? I noticed in header.php that the rel="nofollow" command is used for Home but what if I want to have all or even just some of the navbar links set to 'nofollow'? How can I set about doing that?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
