How do I add a read more link in search results?

How do I add a read more link in search results?

Hi,

When looking at the featured listings on the Agent themes home page, there is a [read more about this property] link at the end of the text - Great.

If you do a search for a given price range and return say 3 results. The results are listed in a similar shortened fashion but the link is not displayed in the same way.....I just see a [...]

I would really link to display the full text link, is it possible please?
