Thumbnails Not Showing Up

I HATE even asking this, as I have looked everywhere and tried everything I can think of before I posted this request. I feel like an idiot, as I am sure I am missing one simple thing.

1) I have uploaded and activated plugin.

2) I have changed the permissions of the Tools Folder, Cache Folder, and Timthumb File to 777. I have tried them all at 755 as well.

3) I am using the Custom Field name "thumb" for the thumbnail images.

What am I forgetting to do?
