Menu Name

Is there a plug-in or something build into wordpress that will allow me to change the name of my top menu navigation links, without changing the name of the page?

Example: I create a page called "Dental Billing & Coding Membership"
I would like it to appear only as "Membership" on the top navigation menu.

Any ideas on how to achieve this?
