WP User Manual

Does anyone know of a WordPress manual (PDF) that I can give to my clients. One that covers topics like:

How to log-in and modify your user account.
How to create a post
How to create a page

Really just cover the topics an editor would have access to NOT admin feature and theme dev etc.

I would be willing to pay for Re-Dist right for such a PDF ... I bough some training video with ReDist right but my clients want a BOOK.

Thanks in advance ... Also I have not said this yet but KUDOS to Brian and his team on Genesis - love it!
