Side bar not displaying on IE

I have 2 text widgets not showing up in IE browser on my sidebar (2 top ones). They are basically just images that link out. I have attached 2 screen shots one from safari the other from IE ( i fixed other IE problems). This is the last thing I need to fix before I'm content...happy will take longer. Thanks in advance.
