Changing the title of a category

I'm having a real brain fart this morning and have resorted to asking this seemingly easy question here.

If I have a category say, Link Building, how do I go about changing what shows in the <title></title> tag?

Here's a link to the page I'm referring to: www.pixelnetmarketing.com/link-building

You can see in the title tag it only says <title>Link Building |</title> and I'm not sure how to go about changing that or adding to it without changing the name of the post category. If you go to the homepage and view the title tag there you can see how I'd like to format it.

Any suggestions would be welcome.
