Change teal color

Hi:
Please I need some help in changing the teal color to a different one in my lifestyle theme. I have managed to change some of them, but not so sure where are the codes for the others (e-news/updates, archives, blogroll, tweets and all categories boxes)

Also I want to remove the gray nav bar, but don't know where is it in the code.

I love the theme and would really appreciate your help.
