Unable to attach a link to the ad banner

Hello,

I am not sure if I have implemented this correctly, but I need some help linking my banner ad.

Here is my url: http://69.89.31.193/~salifeli/

I want to be able to link my ad to my bookstore. I had a guy create the header for me, and he did it as one image rather than two.

I am thinking there is still a way to do this though.
