Trouble Uloading Images

Hi,

I'm using several Studio Press Themes for different blogs (including the Metro Theme) and I'm having difficulty uploading images on all the blogs.

Are there any suggestions as to what could be the trouble?

I get either...

"Error saving media attachment." or
"Unable to create directory /mnt/local/home/team5336/farzadkohanart.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/03. Is its parent directory writable by the server?"

Whats going on? Can anyone help? Please!
