Advice choosing a theme with video and article

Hi,

Hope to find you all well. I can't decide which theme to use with this layout:

Top of page > down:

1. Home page without header.

2. Text

3. video

4. One post (article) under the video just to keep fresh content on the page.

5. footer with text links: privacy, etc.

Right or left Sidebar:

1. Just need to place an opt-in form and a few banner ads 125x125, etc.

Regarding style, colors, etc., just a plain white body with a border and white background.

Any advice or suggestions as to which theme would be best is much appreciated.
