Changing Video Thumbnail

Having an issue with the HOME PAGE (the other videos posts)...the Tubular auto-thumbnailing feature produces a thumbnail that is not a scaled down image of the video (rather than scaling down the image it seems to be cropping a portion of the image and using that as the thumbnail). http://www.beekeepervideos.com

Any suggestions on how to change/improve the thumbnails.
