Changing Footer Text

Hi, caan you please tell me if i can change the footer on my site:

"News theme by StudioPress · Powered by WordPress · Log out"

I suspected i have to change the filer footer.php. News theme by Studio Press, do i have to pay extra $ for that? Please let me know.
