Lifestyle Theme + wp robot plugin

I already bought wp robot plugin.
The problem is no thumbnail at homepage/frontpage.
Manual insert tumbnail is OK.
But I want to auto thumbnail.
In my post, it already has picture/thumbnail generate by wp robot.

How to view post thumbnail in homepage thumbnail?

How to configure?Any code to apply?

Plz help me.
