Installation Problem - Template is Missing???

I'm having problems installing this theme onto my blog. I uploaded everything exactly how it mentioned in the readme and when I go to appearance/themes, it says the theme is broken with the reason - "Template is Missing". Has this happened to anyone before? How can I resolve this?
