Default Where is the footer.php </body> Tag?

I currently run the Streamline Theme on my wordpress blog. Now, I am trying to put some code in for an ad that I want to run. Instructions for this ad say to place their code just before the </body> tag in the footer.php file.

The problem I'm having is that I don't see the </body> tag anywhere in the footer.php file. Is there another place this </body> tag might be?

So, my question is...where is the footer.php </body> tag? And where should I put this code to make it work correctly?

Thanks in advance for your prompt reply to my question!

P.S. - When I try to insert the code into the footer.php file (where there is no </body> tag, it does strange things to the placement of my footer elements on my website. So, now I'm not sure where to put this code to make it work. FYI - the code I'm trying to insert is called "Ultimate Footer Ad".
