Homepage top issue

I have a weird issue on this site that I cant seem to resolve.

On http://peterrengel.com there is a small part of the homepage top at the top of the page. When I try to remove it from the Home PHP page it takes all the wrap frame away. Any suggestions as to how to get rid of that?
