Rss Widget not working!

Rss Widget not working!

I placed my feedburner ID in and made sure that subscibe with email was activated on my account. When I enter an email it returns the message with "Feedburner by email not activated". However, if I paste the subcsribe code that feedburner supplies into the text space of the widget, then the link appears and directs to the subscribe page and it all works. Does anyone know if its a problem in the php?
