Default how to find location of hacked file?

Dear all,

I just discovered that my website got a spam injection.

It is not visible on the pages itself, but when looking at the source code, it can be seen at the bottom and starts with
PHP Code:
<style> .li22{display:none}</style><class=li22

for example see http://www.spiritueelmagazine.nl/be/liefdesverdriet/

I would really appreciate if someone could help me out
