I have been posting a thumbnail pic at the top of each of my posts using this theme so that they will appear on the front page. Attending a Wordpress conference this weekend, it was mentioned that Google and other crawlers may have a problem reading this type of code at the beginning of a post.
I recently submitted xml sitemaps and am trying to fix some errors showing up on the Google Webmaster Tool information and am having some issues knowing how to resolve 404 not found errors. Should I be making sure I don't put pics on posts at the very top to make sure crawlers can find me pages and sites. They also mentioned that the Description of a post may differ from title. I am using the SEO plugin and have been copying the title in the Description field. All of these questions are related to how google and other search engines will find my site and/or pages and posts easily. My sites are Chit Chat sites such as michaeljacksonchitchat.com, chitchatmagazine.com, oakvillechitchat.com, etc. Thanks so much for your help.
