Question How to create a page not in Navbar?

How do I create a page that can be viewed only by clicking on a link, and is not in the navbar?

Another way to say, how do have a page but not see it in the nav bar.

ie; at the bottom of this page http://www.norica.ca/career
there is a link to the online application form. Which is a page under careers, how do I not have this page - (http://www.norica.ca/career/online-e...nt-application) show up on the nav bar, but still be part of the website?
