Default Seeing Post Changes Immediately

I am using the Lifestyle theme on several of my chit chat sites. I was having a problem last week with how fast my site was loading and being crawled re: google so it was suggested I install the WP Super Cache plugin on my site. I did but when I make changes to my site they don't seem to display unless I am using the Dashboard access and I am afraid that users won't see the changes either. I tried clearing cache on Firefox using the tools option and I even tried powering down completely. The change for example was removing a Celebrity News nav bar item and having a Links nav bar item show instead.

I have set the plugin options to be as follows:

On - WP Cache and SuperCache

Don't cache pages for logged in users

Super Cache - enabled

Debugging - enabled

Lock Down - enabled

I know this is plugin related but I am hoping that you may know an easy fix to this so I can continue to work with the theme.

I had a similar issue before and disabled the plugin but I had to enable it again because of my crawling issues.

Thanks so much.

Darlene
