Wordpress & CPU Usage

I just have a question: ok here is what is happening I switched over to VPS Level 4 my site has crashed 3 times in the last 11 days of being on the new server. I'm showing CPU usage is upwards of 60% quite often.

This happens even at slow traffic times....

CS seems to think some kind of script is running.

Any opinions or ideas would be greatly appreciated - Thank you :))
