Moving website...

I have to move my website to a new server at my web provider. I've decided to change from http://surettephotography.com/ to http://surettephotography.ca/. In doing so, I can't remember how to do the following:

On http://surettephotography.ca/

1. Remove the banner advertisement from the header. I've already re-done logo.png, but the box still appears.
2. Add the thumbnail images to the posts. Even though I've enabled custom fields and added the proper URL, they don't show up on my posts...
3. Galleries not showing up:

For example this link: http://surettephotography.ca/?cat=280 only shows the information and no galleries, but this link http://surettephotography.com/?cat=280 shows the galleries...
