Default How to get keywords appear in Meta tag in page source?

Hello -

I've entered a number of keywords at
http://www.inspiredfitness.com/index.php/inspiredfitnessbeginnerbootcamps/jacksonvillebootcamps/

using the All in One SEO edit page at the bottom of this page but none of these keywords are showing up in the Meta tag section when I "view page source" - so these aren't getting indexed or read for our Google Adwords:

Title: Lose Weight With Fastest Growing Bootcamp Program For Beginner/Average Fitness Levels
Description: Jacksonville Bootcamp Fitness Bootcamp adventure boot camp elite fitness bootcamp beginner bootcamp weight loss program Jacksonville Beach Bootcamp
characters. Most search engines use a maximum of 160 chars for the description.
Keywords (comma separated): jacksonville bootcamp, bootcamp, bootcamps, jacksonville boot camp, jacksonville boot camps, boot camp, boot camps, women only bootcamp,women only bootcamps, women only boot camp, women only bootcamps,jacksonville beginner bootcamp,jacksonville beginner boot camp,jacksonville personal trainer,jacksonville fitness bootcamp,jacksonville fitness boot camp,bootcamp, boot camp, jacksonville elite fitness, elite fitness, elite fitness bootcamp,xtreme fitness, jacksonville xtreme fitness bootcamp
Title Attribute: Jacksonville Boot Camps
Menu Label:
Disable on this page/post:

I've entered keywords on every page but they don't show up in the Page Source and now aren't being read as part of our Google ad campaign -- did I flip a switch that I need to undo? (I know probably eaiser question than answer but I'm really stuck now)
THANK YOU

Rob
When you view PAGE Source none of the keywords are showing up:

HTML Code:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />
	<meta name="language" content="en" />

	<title>Lose Weight With Fastest Growing Bootcamp Program For Beginner/Average Fitness Levels</title>
