help no admin access - errors

Hi< I thought I'd fixed the agent theme error I got when upgrading my wordpress however now I can't even get to the dashboard.

This is the error I get:

Then nothing.

I upgraded to wordpress 2.9.2 and had only recently changed the post_templates.php as recommended to fix the upgrade problem as outlined by ade.

Any ideas how to start fixing this mess?
