Move "Home" Page Order

I would like to move my Home Page over to the right. Once I cna do this I would like to rename the Home Page as Featured Listings (i know how to change the title). I would then like to create a new Home Page and have it on the far left. Can anybody help me the Home button to the right 1 position?

How do I delete the Sub Nav bar but keep the FCG? (Not as important)
