Corporate theme download

Hi- Apologies but im rather new when it comes to wordpress installation and buying themes. I have just bought and downloaded the corporate theme however i get an error message when trying to open the file saying that the archive is either in an unknown format or damaged.

Can someone please help or give me a suggestion about how to access the theme?
