Default Transactiion ID not being recognized

I purchased a StudioPress theme last night and every time I enter the (17 digit/alpha) transaction ID in the CP> Upgrade Support area I keep receiving an error message "No transaction was found for this transaction number."
and once again The system asks me to "Enter the transaction number from your purchase order to upgrade support on your account.

What do I need to do to fix this?
