Turn off Nav Bar Hover Text

Hi, I was wondering if I could turn off the Hover Text on the nav bar. I already have the labels on the dropdowns, and the hover gets in the way.

I found this on another tutorial for a different theme.

"Delete the following from header.php. <script src="<?php bloginfo('template_url'); ?>/scripts/jquery.tooltip.js" type="text/javascript"></script>"

However, I'm using Agent 3.0, and that code isn't in the header.php.
