Removing Feat Gallery from Header

Removing Feat Gallery from Header

Hi, StudioPress, I moved the gallery into the header several months back, but now want to remove it completely. When I deactivate it, however, the left column touches the sub nav bar and the right column has 2x the padding bt it and the left column, which makes it jut out to the right.

Before I changing the padding to 10 px from 0 px to add space between the gallery and the sub nav bar I believe. How do I undo this?

What code needs to be moved/removed? and in which files??
