No Kitchen Sink on Dashboard

No Kitchen Sink on Dashboard

Hello,

I am just reinstalling my entire website... I''ve upgraded to WP 2.9.2. I installed Corporate template, and when I go to the dashboard on either "new page" or "new post," there is no "kitchen sink" and the only editing options are the basic code options there. There is no "Visual" tab option, and it just looks like the "HTML" view is the only view available. Here's a link to the screenshot of what I see.

How do I get all the editing options onto the dashboard?
