Default Changing Page into Category in the Navigation bar

Hello community,

I have a question for www.lotusense.com

Under Research and Insights (which is a page right now) there are 4 sub-pages: Social Entrepreneurship, Innovation/ Social Innovation, Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). These should be sub categories where I can categorize my blog posts. So if I write new posts about CSR, I can choose it to be under Research and Insight / CSR and a viewer will see all my posts within this subject. But the way it's right now, it's just a page.

How can I make Research and Insight a category and those 4 sub-categories?

Thanks for your help.
