Plugin for weekly Newsletters?

Plugin for weekly Newsletters?

I'm using the Church Theme which comes with the RSS Feedburner but I'm looking for an easy way to send site updates WEEKLY only in a Newsletter format. I've looked through all the plugins I could on Wordpress but none of them seem to let you just pick which page / category you want to distribute and then customize the frequency it is sent out. Also would need to import an email list from constant contact.
Any recommendations are much appreciated!
