How do you remove RSS buttons in the header?

Hi there,

I know this is probably a really simple question but I've used the search with no results. Surprisingly, there was nothing in the tutorials about it either.

I just wanted to know how to remove the RSS buttons in the header for posts and comments. I want to include an RSS button elsewhere and I don't want two on my page.
