Change link at bottom of homepage

I want to change the "Read more <category> posts" link at the bottom of the homepage to a different URL. I believe I need to edit the following code:

<?php if(get_theme_mod('featured_top_left')) : ?>
<strong><a href="<?php echo get_category_link(get_theme_mod('featured_top_left ')); ?>" rel="bookmark">Read more blog posts »</a></strong>
<?php endif; ?>

Can you tell me how I would change the link to http://www.changedlinked.com while retaining the format/bolding? I'd very much appreciate it. Thanks!
