Best option for inserting ads within post text

Hi,
I'm not sure if this is the appropriate forum for this, but I'm wondering what is the best way to insert ads (Adsense) into the body of a post? Would this best be accomplished using the Advertising Manager plugin or is there a better option? We're using OIO Publisher for ad placement/rotation, but it only appears to support inline ads right at the top of the post.
