Add 2 additional links to top left subscribe area

I am making a second post because apparently maybe the way I worded my first one was too confusing for anyone with any actual knowledge to respond.

All I want , is in the Allure theme to be able to add 2 additional links to the right of the sibscribe to posts area.. obvisoulsy it's not as easy as simply added the image and text in the header.php file. It is a small request that on this theme I cannot seem to get a chance to figure out.

I want to add twitter and facebooks alongside these two links. Can anyone tell me how to do this. I already know where in the header.php file to find the code..I just need to know how to add code for 2 new links and 12x12 icons. Please help me, I would be so grateful..here is the site in question www.cacleanhome.com
