Duplicate tabs in menu

Duplicate tabs in menu

I see 2 "home" tabs on the navigation bar but, only one home page appears in editor. Whatever I do to one page is duplicated on the second page. If I delete the home page, the second home tab remains but, then it becomes non-editable saying.
