Gallery Footer?

Hi! Looked around and didn't find the answer to this question...

I saw Brian tweet a really awesome gallery footer feature in the new Landscape theme and I'd love to have this for my Serenity theme. Is the gallery option theme specific or is it something in Genesis? Where would I find it?
