Sidebar text colour

Hello
on my site - www.spirit-of-orkney.com I have added the RSS widget but am unable to change the text colour from Red bold to White bold... to make it the same as all other headings in the side nav.

I think it has something to do with H4 but can't get it to work... So I need some help please.

Thanks in advance, not sure what line of code to add to the css
