Header Image Looks Fuzzy

I replaced the header logo with one I made in photoshop cs4. I saved it to the exact size and as a PNG-8 for web. Does anyone know how to tighten it up so it still looks sharp upon upload? The lines are crisp in photoshop so I dont understand whats going on.
